The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds held in all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update them if they change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9apeso login credentials (username and password). 9apeso will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. 9apeso reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk of harm to the Platform or other users.
All transactions on the 9apeso platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 9apeso does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
